  • We meet with the client or both the client and architect to discuss the project's design, access, budget, wishes, and our methods.

  • Every site is different, so we must visit in person to see the layout. If access is difficult, we may need to return with our demolition team to check for any issues.

  • This meeting enables conversation with the architect and/or client and builder to address concerns and answer questions. A common challenge is delivering designs within budget. We look forward to helping you find cost-effective building solutions and methods.

  • We will provide a complete breakdown of all build costs to eliminate guesswork. Our goal is transparency, as a clear breakdown simplifies contract management using standard ABIC construction contracts and other common contracts. We will also recommend a preferred start time and estimate the project duration.
